There are not a lot of promotions that KingsChance lets its players claim. When talking about bonuses, we should be clear about what our expectations of those are when going in with any online gambling house nowadays. There is also usually a significant range of VIP perks, which are typically reserved for the most loyal players in the gambling house. What’s worse, though, is the fact that they have both a very low maximum withdrawal limit and a very high wagering requirement, which makes us ask ourselves if getting the promotions is even worth it!

Let’s start with the withdrawal limit. The first, second and third cash bonuses have a maximum cash out limit of €2500, while the other two offers have a limit of €1250. It is unclear why KingsChance decided to offer such a low limit, considering that some online casinos nowadays do away with maximum win limits for their promotions altogether, while others let players cash out at least 5x-10x the size of the promotion. There is a €100 maximum withdrawal limit for the Free Spins which are awarded to players as part of the promotion, which seems standard enough, in our view. It is unclear whether each of the bundles of Spins has that bonus attached to it, meaning that you can withdraw the total maximum from all of them, or whether players can get the maximum cash out limit with each bundle, though. If the former is the case, the maximum withdrawal allowed will be a bit too low!

But what’s worse is the fact that the gambling house has a very high wagering requirement for its Cash bonuses. We actually don’t really see why KingsChance would demand that you wager any of the bonuses you receive as much as 50x in the case of the cash offers. This means plaything through the bonus fifty times. While wagering requirements are commonplace nowadays, them being this high is not usual! The most these requirements are generally set to is 30x-40x.

It seems that KingsChance does know what a good wagering requirement should look like, too, because the Free Spins winnings of players, scored via the bonus, need to be wagered just 40x to withdraw them, a completely reasonable amount of times.

Finally, the entirety of the Welcome package expires within 14 days of opening your account, which means that you need to have claimed all five bonuses and wagered them the required amount of times to cash out. This is a very narrow timeframe, which means that players have a very low amount of time to even enjoy the subpar promotion offered by the gambling house. Then, there are no more Reload offers or any extra bonuses to claim, at least as per the website of KingsChance. This is also very disappointing, because it means that players will be stuck with that unrewarding Welcome offer!

How do the bonuses of Kings Chance stack up against industry standards?

As we mentioned, there is just a Welcome package within the gambling house, without any Reload bonuses, no exciting VIP perks to make use of and so on. This means that the casino will obviously not do great in a direct comparison against other gambling houses’ promotions. Still, here are four objective criteria we can use to judge the bonuses of the house against the average type of promotion we expect to see nowadays:

• Bonus availability: There is just one set of bonuses to claim here, the Welcome offers of the gambling house. Nowhere on the website of KingsChance is there any indication that there would be more promotions to claim in the future or within a VIP program. Therefore, we have to rate the bonus availability of the casino to be very, very poor!
• Bonus Size: The size of the Welcome offers is pretty good, and each of them does offer enough Cash and Free Spins to truly make up for a very fun gambling experience for players. That said, since there are no more bonuses after you claim those initial offers, we cannot really say that the total size of the cash bonuses you will receive from the gambling house is actually very good!
• Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirements of the promotions of KingsChance are underwhelming. The cash bonuses of the Welcome package needed to be played through 50x, while the average maximum for them is just 30x-40x. The Free Spins did have a good wagering requirement of 40x, at least.
• Cash out limits: The cash-out limit of the gambling house was just 1x the size of its Welcome package. As we said, this is quite disappointing because the gambling houses we tend to cover usually have that limit set to at least 5-10x the size of the promotion, if they even have cash out limits in the first place!

Clearly, that is not good enough!

Another issue we noticed with the gambling house was the fact that it actually had a very poor collection of Games, compared to what other gambling houses nowadays tend to offer to their players! That is because the casino only partnered with 30 or so Game Suppliers, while the average online gambling house nowadays would have at least 50 or more. At least there were some big developers within the list of these Suppliers, such as BGaming and Betsoft, so the quality of the games themselves could be said to be pretty good.

The total number of things to play within the online casino was around 2000 titles by our best estimates. Once more, that is lower than expected, with the average online casino nowadays having at least 3000-4000 Games to play. That said, there was at least a decent enough amount of variety here, with the following games available:

The Slots catalog of KingsChance was somewhat decent, if a bit limited in size. There were some popular games like Legacy of Egypt, Cherry Boom and so on. At the same time, though, there are quite a lot of Slots which we expected to see featured by the gambling house that were simply not available at all. That said, if you are interested in playing within KingsChance, you should know that cashing in is the easy part when it comes to the gambling house. The withdrawal limit of the gambling house has been set to €100 as a minimum. There is no way to sugarcoat this requirement: It is just absurd. We cannot think of any good reason why the minimum one can cash out should be as high as 5x the minimum they could deposit to the casino! What’s more, this minimum is downright incompatible with the rest of the gambling houses’ conditions nowadays, which include a minimum of €10-20 on average, too. Worse still is the fact that all withdrawals from KingsChance are said to be processed within a minimum of 3-5 days. This excludes the processing times of the payment method you are using itself.

That way, cashing out via a bank transfer might have you waiting up to 10 days! But there could also be fees that KingsChance charges you for withdrawing. Now, that’s downright unfair in our view! The gambling houses we cover usually don’t have any such charges in place for their players. Sure, one might need to cover the third party fees by banks, crypto miners and so on. But the casino itself should be expected not to have any charges by itself.
